Maple Bacon Cutloose Burgers




So we begin with a Mince Beef mixture of:
500g Mince
Handfull Breadcrumbs
Tbls Chilli's
Tbls Basil
2 Tbls Garlic
Tbls Coriander Paste
tsp BBQ Sauce
2 tsp Hot Sauce
1 Egg
Salt n Pepper baby


We then marinate the bacon strips in maple syrup for at least 1hr.
Then cook like normal bacon in different pan!


Before the Burger Paddies can be cooked.  
I cook the bacon fat that was cut off with butter.
This then greases the pan for burger time.


Once you have flipped the paddies for a second time back to the original cooking side.
Its time to layer on some swiss cheese slices.


Caramel onion time.
Melt 2 Tbl spoons of butter in a little pot and throw in your onion rings.
Before the butter burns put in 2 palm heaps of brown sugar.


Brown the buns in the oven silly.


My layering goes:
Mince Paddie
Cheese
Mapel Bacon
Onion
Maple Bacon
Onion
Rib sauce (cause i love it)
